Earlier, along with Ganesh, Suja, and Harish, Ganesh was nominated for the Bigg Boss elimination. Since Ganesh won a task in week 8, he was awarded an opportunity to save a nominee from the eviction. Instead of saving himself, he saved Snehan from the eviction. Also, Bigg Boss asked the saved contestant to nominated another contestant directly. Snehan nominated Bindhu for this eviction.
