CBSE Class 12 Results: Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) PRO Rama Sharma released an official press note to parents and students of CBSE Board regarding 12th exam result which was conducted in March 2017. According to the official press note, “The Senior School Certificate Examination (Class XII) 2017 results for All the CBSE regions will be declared on 28.05.2017 (Sunday) in the forenoon”. The result has been declared at 10:45 AM today.
Meanwhile, other boards on the verge of releasing results, like UP board results 2017 and Council for Indian School Certificate (CICSE) results 2017, have also hinted their results could also be delayed as they prefer to await CBSE’s final decision on the matter. This year, nearly 34 lakh students are expecting their CBSE 12th Results. Keeping in mind the large number of students and the importance of class 12 results for further admission process, there has been a lot of anticipation and excitement among the students with regards to CBSE 12th Result date.
As per previous years, this year also the CBSE is hosting its results on net with the technical support of National Informatics Centre (NIC), Department of Information Technology, Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Govt. of India. The students can check their results on the following websites, www.results.nic.in, www.cbse.nic.in, www.cbseresults.nic.in official websites of CBSE Board.
The result will not be available on the Board and the public are advised not to visit Board’s office for collection of results. The process of verification will be displayed on CBSE’s website shortly. As there will be no official Press conference. The result highlights will be e-mailed to you thereafter.
About CBSE Board Exams: CBSE board exams began on 9 March 2017. With approximately 20 lakh students at a time appearing for Class 10th and 12th exam, the board had taken every measure to conduct it smoothly. The examinations were held at 27041 centres across the nation. While 886506 candidates had appeared for the CBSE 10th exam, 1098981 students appeared for the 12th board exam.
