Colors Tamil: Finally, Viacom18 announced the launch of their new Tamil regional entertainment channel. As the company was planned to launch the TV channel on Diwali 2017, but it takes time due to reasons.
Now, they officially announced the launch date as the Colors Tamil will telecasting from February 19, Monday. After 7 languages including Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Bengali and Odia, Viacom18 to be air on Tamil as their 8th language.
Opening serials and programs of Colors Tamil are;
- Velu Naachi at 06.30 pm,
- Naagini 2 at 07.00 pm,
- Sivagami at 08.00 pm,
- Enga Veetu Mapillai at 08.30 pm,
- Perazhagi at 09:30 pm from Monday to Friday.

Special shows on Saturday and Sunday are Actor Mirchi Siva‘s Colors Super Kids at 08.00 pm, and Kaakkum Deivam Kali at 07:00 pm.
In a recent interview with actor Mirchi Siva on Kalakalappu 2 promotion, he said about his TV show without mentioning the channel name as it will be the kids show.
Actor Arya’s show will hunt for the ideal match for him and the show will run over 40 episodes to search for his perfect woman.
Note: The event “Idhu Namma Oru Coloru” will be telecasted on 19th February for 3 hours and the above-listed serials are to be started airing from 20th February.
