With the help of Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s aggressive batting, Rising Pune Supergiant made a thrilling win against Sunrisers Hyderabad in today’s IPL 24th match. SRH score 176 runs in the 20 overs and RPS needed 177 to win from the 20 Overs.
Match went in favor of SRH from the beginning as they took Rahane wicket in the 3rd over. Tripathi and Smith built a strong base and scored 59 and 27 respectively. RPS scored 121/4 in 16 overs and MS Dhoni played aggressive innings after a long time and scored a most wanted half-century to win the high tensed match.
Dhoni scored 61 runs from 34 balls with 5 fours and 3 sixes and helped RPS to make the way for their 3rd win in the IPL 2017. He smashed last ball of the innings to the boundary when team needed 2 to win this match. It is really a most important and a comeback innings for the legendary Indian cricketer as he was recently criticized by many for his poor performance.
